They helped us manage our luggage via storage. They were always so helpful and kind. They offer private onsens which were outstanding. Beautiful location. This was my first time staying in a traditional Japanese Ryokan and it was amazing. The dinner and breakfast buffet was wonderful, the onsen was lovely, and my room was so peaceful. I miss it already! Great place to stay to ski Tenjindaira- convienent bus across the street.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The multiple Onsens were fantastic, in particular the outdoor ones, as well as the dinner. The curtesy shuttle to and from the station was very helpful as we arrived and departed during snow fall.

A traditional onsen resort in the cutest little town. We stayed as a group of 6 in 2 rooms. Food was very traditional Japanese and was always set menu. There was so much no one went hungry even if they were picky. The onsens were beautiful with open air sections on to the river.
