This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations! We could always find at leat an English-speaker staff member (which is not given for granted in Japan!), the room was comfortable, quite, and clean. The thing we appreciated the most was the care and the attention to customers. I wrote to the hotel before my stay to highlight I'm lactose intolerant and I found plenty of options for me during breakfast. On my first day, I asked whether tehy had lactose-free yogurt (e.g. soy yogurt). They didn't have it; however, from the second day, they provided soy yogurt just for me, and without me explicitly asking for it. It was such a nice gesture and I truly appreciated the care they showed. We really recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent so we can easily go to Totonbori and take the train. They don't have breakfast but there is wonderful tea lounge. There are various kind of drink vending machine for free. We just buy bread and had light snack for breakfast.

Eslead Namba South III was perfect. Close to or within 10min walking distance to several other stations. The hotel was so clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. Highly recommend this hotel.

The pods were extremely spacious and the hostel was extremely clean, especially the bathroom. There was plenty of storage too and the hostel attracted so many nice and social people. I made great friends there as a social traveller and also the location is really great too, you’re so close to many places. Kaz and his dad were also amazing, always giving great recommendations of places to eat and visit, and they were so friendly and kind too.

I can’t believe the value you get for your money! I read reviews of people saying the same thing before I came and was sceptical but it surpassed my expectations. Seriously, do not be put off that it’s labelled as a ‘love hotel’, if it is, you seriously wouldn’t know it to stay there. The room is just exceptional for the money you pay, I had a 4 poster bed with curtains to draw, jacuzzi style bathtub with a tv init!? Did I mention they provided FREE FOOD & ALCOHOL!? Yes actual free alcohol. It’s incredibly close to all the action, great transport links. I will definitely stay here again or any other city in Japan where this chain is available!
