This was the very first hotel we check in upon reaching Japan, and it was such a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, comfy bads, clean, and location is close to amenities and the station but not too close that it was peaceful and away from crowds. Breakfast buffet had a good mix of western and Japenese. Although the spread wasn't as wide as other hotels, the quality of the food was fresh and tasty. It raised our expectations for our stay in Japan but nothing came close in comparison after. Definitely our family's favourite, we'll definitely make another booking if we ever do visit Yokohama again.

Staff is very polite and ready to help. Location is perfect - close to the station, lots of restaurants around, 10 minutes walk from the sea, 10 minutes from hachiman-gu. The room is spacious enough and the beds were comfy. Ofuro is super nice to relax after the day.
