- the host was super helpful -they accommodate a very late check in and very helpful providing recommendations for places to eat and drink -the place was spotless clean; the towels did not only smell clean and fresh in they smelled and look sterile -maybe I'm old fashioned, but what got entirely was was the ironed bed linen -huge bed in the bedroom, huge flat screen TV, comfortable mattress, etc -all the necessities in the kitchen -plenty of parking available -fast WiFi -I can not fault the place

The services provided by Ibis Galati was great! The hotel itself is nice, the room was quite big. We traveled with the dog and we liked that hotel is friendly for pets. Breakfast has different kinds of food, so guests has choice. Personal showed high level! Everyone was attentive to the guests needs. Danube is quite near by and there are nice places to go around the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hospitality. If we travel to Galati again we’ll stay in Ibis only!
