Everything. This place is a calm sanctuary away from the squalor of Chiang Rai which is just another traffic-choked, litter-strewn mess like all the other large towns and cities in Thailand. The hotel is clean, comfortable, lovely garden area, super nice staff and amazing value for money. A

The property was beyond my expectations. It had a good rating on booking.com, this is also the reason why I choose it and found that it richly deserves its rating. First of all, the property was very nicely arranged, it had a pool with large red fish, specific to the Asian region, as I saw in several places during my stay. Very tasty breakfast, with a choice between the Asian, European or mixed version. Big, spacious room, large and comfortable double bed, I also had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs (which I didn't have time to use). Elegant bathroom, shower cabin, hot water both in the sink and in the shower, daily cleaning, changed towels and sheets, arranged the bed... In just few words ..... I recommend that property. It is the kind of property that I would happily return to in the future.

It was a great stay. The staff is great, super friendly and helpful. The location is amaizing since it's really close to a coumin laundry, pharmacy, a lot of restaurants, and Chiang Raise night Bazar. The room was great very spacious and with all we needed. We loved it definitely stay there again.

Staff were very nice. The room was great, it was clean, spacious, etc. It's only a few minutes walk from the main street and night market. There is also a tourism office at the end of the street which was very good for day trips etc.

We spent only two nights to explore Chiang Rai! This accommodation was ideal, providing everything we required. The air conditioning was excellent, and there were tours available for booking. They helped us book the day tour to explore the White temple, Blue temple, Long neck village etc., and it was amazing! We would have extended our stay if we hadn't already booked a flight. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful!

The place has more greenery and huge trees. It was calm and apt for rejuvenation. Rooms were clean, the host was quick to attend. The location is easily accessible to the clock tower and nearby market. I could find places which served me Vegetarian food.
