The room are beautiful, and very big. The bed super comfy , with tea coffee facilities , bathrobes. Service is great .This hotel has all the facilities of a 4 stars hotel.Also not far from Koh San Road but very quiet. Staff very helpful and you can book a tuk tuk for the day to visit all major sites in BKK .Great place

The hotel is charming, a family owned business I think. It’s a hidden location in the beginning of your stay but once you get the hang of it from the Grab drivers, you will realize that it’s the center of everything on a short trip - all the Siam malls, MBK, Platinum Mall, Central World and the Big C supermarket (well, without traffic 😂) The everyday free laundry service, it was a relief having this done the whole duration of our stay. And can request for iron / ironing board so you will be able to do the ironing should you wish. And the hotel staff, truly commendable! The sisters Poy and Piam, really went out of their way to help me surprise my daughter’s 20th birthday and their message is so sweet. As well Torn and Phoo in the Reception, amazing! They don’t speak English that much, but they understand with the help of small hand gestures and they get the job done all the time I asked for something, specially on the last day we had small need while doing our packing. Torn went out of his way to find masking tape for our box 🙏🏻

The staff was AMAZING. Very friendly with nice suggestions with everything we asked. They arranged a taxi to the airport with a good price. They also asked if we want a sandwich in the morning of the check out because the breakfast will be closed. The breakfast was nice and simple for the price we paid (we don't eat meat ). It had fruits, 2 eggs in the way you want them , juice , coffee and tea, bread . Really quiet at night , nice mattress , nice pillows.

A truly delightful hotel with a very warm welcome. This stay was a real pleasure. The hotel is perfectly located near Asok Station and Nana. The hotel is very quiet and the room was very spacious. My partner and I stayed 4 nights at Norma Hotel Sathorn during its rebranding. Booked through booking.com, we were able to get a free airport transfer and the hotel is situated in a very convenient location. The whole stay was smooth and the staff were lovely especially the manager-cat. Great value for money, clean, relaxing, with simple and aesthetically pleasing decor. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely rebook if we are ever back in Bangkok! Special thanks to Khun Zen for her warm and efficient welcome upon our arrival and to another receptionist who’s name I forgot to ask for, often on shift in the evenings at dinner time. She would always warm our lunch leftovers up for us and let us eat peacefully in the lobby. ขอบคุณค่ะ!
