I really loved this hostel, is one of the best I have stayed in. The overall atmosphere is very nice! It feels like a luxurious hostel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist also help me to bring some of my stuff up to the room on my arrival day, so I really appreciate that. The room was nice. I really liked how private it felt and also the size of the bed. It was also very comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious! I would definitely stay again!

My partner and I stayed 4 nights at Norma Hotel Sathorn during its rebranding. Booked through booking.com, we were able to get a free airport transfer and the hotel is situated in a very convenient location. The whole stay was smooth and the staff were lovely especially the manager-cat. Great value for money, clean, relaxing, with simple and aesthetically pleasing decor. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely rebook if we are ever back in Bangkok! Special thanks to Khun Zen for her warm and efficient welcome upon our arrival and to another receptionist who’s name I forgot to ask for, often on shift in the evenings at dinner time. She would always warm our lunch leftovers up for us and let us eat peacefully in the lobby. ขอบคุณค่ะ!
