I was absolutely exhausted after 20 hours of travel, so asked for a late check out. But imagine my surprise when I woke up at 7am fresh and happy! The rooms are comfy, mine was on the 2nd floor but the road noise didn’t bother me. The staff is very friendly, helpful and fast. So overall, despite the fact Hampton Inn does not look so polished as, say, Hilton, the experience is really outstanding.

The woman at the front desk was wonderful. Her customer service was impeccable. She was kind and helpful and really helped to make her stay at 10 out of 10 Also, the breakfast was amazing! So many options, and really fresh. The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

Close to the expressway & all industrial neighbourhoods. Well maintained & serviced. Free parking. Most importantly, some of the nicest staff I’ve come across on my trips to the US. Special mention to Hema, Diego, Tejdeep & Dedipiya amongst others. Immensely courteous & helpful at all times. I will definitely visit again.
