We wish we could have stayed longer, the accommodation was fantastic. We enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool, and the supplied breakfast was great. When we checked out we were able to leave our bags there while we waited for our transport to arrive. While we waited, Kevin the manager, provided us iced coffee and biscuits - which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully host! From the moment we arrived, constant contact with the host was great. Whole area is stunning! Probably even the best among all home stays around. Very well maintained and interesting. A lot of space to hang around in the sunny weather but also in rainy beautiful to be around. For all kind of customers - playground for kids, bbq, free bicycles, hammocks, lakes. Also, very complex breakfasts - for those commenting that it’s narrow, there is like whole local food there! Also great choice of delicious eggs menu. Definitely will recommend!

Free bicycles, close to everything in the area, helpful staff. Place is nice, close to the center but in a super quite place. Rooms bungalow are clean and very quiet, when we woke up in the morning. we heard the natural sounds of the mountains staff is supportive. Dzung is superlative! shhe supported us in everything. Let us find the scooter, booked travel to hà nội for us, allowed us use swimming pool and having a shower after check out while waiting for the bus. We couldn't ask for a better host!

AMAZING!!! Wish we had stayed longer than two nights. Location was perfect but it was the staff and owners that really made this accomodation 10/10. They were all incredibly friendly and made us feel apart of the family .

I had an amazing stay at Cao Thạch Homestay! The homestay is fully equipped with great amenities, offering a beautiful view with a waterfall, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything! This is hands down the best place we stayed during our Vietnam trim. Very sad we didn’t stay longer. The place feels like it was built yesterday, the pool is wonderful, the bed is comfortable, extremely clean, great bathroom. You can’t get any better than this. Breakfast was delicious. The host spoke limited English but was proficient with the translator app which made communicating very easy. We were easily able to rent a motorbike for the day which made transporting round Tam Cốc smooth. Great location. When I come back to Ninh Binh one day, I will be staying here longer!
