The location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly supportive. Despite arriving at 5 AM, they kindly allowed us to rest in the lobby. The receptionist stood out with her exceptional service—she helped us book tours and a taxi to the station, making our stay much smoother. Her quick responses, spontaneity, and constant warm smile added a feel-good touch to our experience. The breakfast was also good.

Everything is very stylish and comfortable in the room. The owner lady is so sweet. Breakfast is delicious, and the receptionist SA is very professional and helpful. My best hotel so far all around the vietnam. I loved it.

Amazing property. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially helping with our arrival early in the morning and our evening departure, even letting us come back after checking out to leave bags and use facilities like showering with fresh towel. Really nice locations and rooms live up to what we expected.

The best view!!!! You can see the terraces of Muong Hao and Cat Cat, just standing on the balcony. And the room is clean, the beds was very comfortable, need to wait 20 minutes for hot water but it was not big deal. Beside, you can just enjoy the beautiful decoration in the hotel. Breakfast was great, they had buffet and made to order, all were delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful, when we wanted to go to Muong Hao, they helped us to find the driver with reasonable price. If next time I go to Sapa, I will come back here again.

Located just near the center Church , excellent hotel with excellent extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly hotel manager Mr. Vu Dao. He is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. He makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips to the city and places. The hotel is clean and provides great hospitality, provides almost every facilities from good rooms, the elevator and everything. Hung Vuong hotel makes travelling from Sapa to Fansipan Legend much easier, just need to talk to Mr Vu Dao if you want discount cable car ticket. Overall experience was awesome.I Would definetely recommend Hung Vuong Hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret, just be there:) . True sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Mr Vu Dao for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

    Amazing hotel Huge room and so nice location. The best staff , Mr Danis grant man . So kindly and help to us for everything. I stayed to several hotels in Vietnam, but this hotel the best by staff and location. Location around 10 km far from city center but like heaven. In room have video projection and can watching YouTube and Netflix.

    This is a lovely family run hotel. The people are really warm and helpful. The room had an amazing view which made up for it being slightly dated. Breakfast was simple but reasonably good. Really enjoyed the location for exploring SaPa. For a budget hotel it is really good.

    The location was very good . Only problem was the hill but apart from that it close to the town centre. Breakfast was ok a few western choices but it was fine. The staff were very nice . The Manager was a very nice guy . Just use Google translation to get by . Rooms are very big a little run down but overall it was good it a Budget hotel but really fine .
