It features a terrace with panoramic views over the Swiss Alps and the bay of Lucerne. This was one of the coolest Hotels I ever stayed at. Great hiking, great dinner, great breakfast. Great views.

The coop supermarket is in the same building, so you can buy stuffs wearing t shirts! Thomas, the owner, he’s so nice! The room is super spacious and what a view! And you can park (and charge your car if you need) in a garage, so you don’t have to worries about the snow in your car, only be grateful for big amounts of snow! We’ll definitely comeback to Alpenhotel! And I can’t forget to mention, breakfast is really great, delicious…

Very quiet place, clean, far away from crowded locations, still near for visiting several beautiful places. The host was friendly, good food for breakfast (including cheese from the factory located less than 10km). Perfect place for rest and enjoy the nature.
