I had a wonderful experience staying here. It exceeded my expectations so much so I would give 11/10 if I could. Not because its luxury hotel, it is not. But it's probably even better than that. Firstly because everything is so well thought out for the guests. There were many little extra touches, from the chargers, to the reading lamp, large towels, diswasher and coffee machine. I think every furniture was super comfortable. And the design of the room (even though I think booked the smallest option) definitely deserves an award. Cosy, beautiful and above all as convenient as possible. My greatest respects. Then I had two interactions with the customer service (once on booking, once on the phone) and once with the staff in person. All of them were easy, to the point, and super helpful. Staff is awfully kind and they had a very positive vibe. The place was really clean. Although I didn't hang out in common areas much, they also looked very nice. The washing machine, the iron even. The location is great. It is very central. Several supermarkets around. Even though the tram is right next to it, still you don't hear much of the street. I think it might be the best stays that I have ever had. Definitely the best in many years.

The contemporary-style rooms feature a bathroom, a minibar, a TV and free tea and coffee making facilities. So far this is the only hotel with room that look better in real life than in pictures! The family room is super spacious with separate living room and room. The living room can fit 2 cots for babies/toddlers. Super clean and new as well. Shower is strong and good. The staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast is good variety to start the day. Water is provided daily as well.

Floatinn is a boat located in Geneva, in a harbour facing the famous Jet d'Eau waterfountain. It offers a sun terrace on the deck with an outdoor seating area and beautiful views of Lake Geneva. Free WiFi access is available. A great experience being on a catamaran on the lake in a beautiful part of Geneva admiring the water jet and observing ducks that fight over their political issues. Jean-Luc is super hospitable and has a good eye for esthetics. The breakfast on the deck was best ever, with a magnificent view of the city and surrounding hills, and rich choice of food, including several types of cheese, fresh fruit, home-made crunchy crust bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, tasty coffee... thank you, Jean-Luc, I had a great time on boat :)

L’Oasis is a 5-minute walk from Evian-les-Bains town centre, the thermal baths and Lake Geneva. It sits in a garden with a terrace and offers a sauna and a seasonal outdoor pool. Guests can also enjoy a drink at the bar. Exceptionally clean. The quality of the breakfast food was excellent and mainly local produce. The swimming pool was a bonus .
