Staff was helpful, especially the cleaning ladies, they were really great. We had a small attic room with two beds. The room and the bathroom were spacious and we were pleasantly surprised when we saw a portable air conditioning in our room. Namely, it was really hot, over 35 degrees, day and night, and in Switzerland, most of the places, to our surprise, don't have ACs. We only found it in supermarkets. So, these small AC saved our lives! Ah, I almost forgot, there's a Nespresso machine and a variety of coffees and tea in the box, which was a nice touch.
