It can be found right at the Cossonay-Ville funicular station. From the start, Alicia, the Owner's wife, greeted us with a smile and 2 dozen roses! Let me explain... we are celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary by walking the Via Francigena, and Hotel Le Funi de Cosonnay is our #1 stay. THEY ARE AMAZING!!! If you go to Cosonnay, go to Hotel Funi, PERIOD! They offered us a welcome drink on their gorgeous terrace overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps. The room was spotless! The bed and pillows perfect! The view from our room was spectacular! This was our best overnight on the Via by far... The breakfast was delicious with everything you can imagine. We were able to do a load of laundry (no charge) including a dryer!. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all the staff for an exceptional job well done!

Historic Hotel du Pillon is a 12-minute walk or 2-minute drive away from the village of Les Diablerets. Thanks to its location above the village, it enjoys 1 more hour of sunlight both in the morning and in the evening. This is a small family run place. The owners were extremely kind and helpful; went out of their way to ensure we had a good visit.

All of the Alpine-style rooms have a private bathroom and a satellite TV. Upgraded to chalet. Awesome, even though weather did not permit view of alps. Right in the centre. Never stayed so close to ski hire/lifts etc. perfect spot. Restaurant abs fabulous food. Staff all abs lovely. I look forward planning a return visit next year.
