I liked everything from start to finish, the treatment to my mother and me was exceptional. The staff is super attentive, they are very polite, they solve any problem quickly. I was able to meet Angelo who was the one who served me at breakfast, he is a charismatic person, very accessible, quick to attend and very attentive. Another person I got to know better was a girl whose name I don't remember, but I can easily identify her because she has very nice tattoos on her arms and she works in the restaurant. She was very attentive to us and was super special with my mom since I was celebrating her birthday. And finally the facilities are luxurious, very nice and modern. The bathroom amazing and very clean, the pool nice and quite clean, a lot of beautiful plants around. In short, the whole facility was perfect.

It has become our new regular place to stay when we return to the area.

With beautiful views out over the valley, a fabulous and spacious room and unparalleled staff in terms of their willingness to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They really went out of their way to greet us with smiles and a concern for how our birding was going. The owner was on hand to personally greet each guest and seemed genuinely to care about his property and his guests. The on site restaurant was so good, we chose to eat no where else for our 5 day stay. We were there for birding, and the owner arranged a marvellous guide for the 2 days we required. It is a beautiful birding location, and we will be staying there again upon our return to Monteverde.

It is a five-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. Very nice hotel in a great location. Breathtaking sea view pool, ideal to start and end our days. The bed was super comfortable and there were always fruits, tea and coffee available for us. Also the water was filtered which speared us from having to buy. The yoga deck is also a big plus for yoga lovers: sea view, hearing the sound of waves while you practice and seeing a monkey on the nearest tree. Magical!
