Check in was wonderful with full support from the staff. from helping to finding a space in the parking lot to welcome on giving tips to the city tours. Wonderful team and very pleasant check in! all rest also went pretty well during out stay!

Oh. I loved the dreaminess of this place. Already rothenburg is just magical and to sleep in this gorgeous hotel by the outside walls was a dream come true. Right from the many roses outside to the lovely Otto the concierge who had the graceful attitude that you could only find if you travel back in time. Then there was my room. The bavarian suite if im not mistaken. I was moved. And speechless. The forest views. The bed with the "baldacchino" the impeccable bathroom. The delighful wall paper! The breakfast was also very good indeed.

We arrived by bus from Miltenberg and the bus stop is in front of the hotel, on the main avenue. The hotel is close to the road that takes us to Engelberg - just behind it. Everything was very clean. The bathroom was completely renovated and elegant, while the bedroom was in a cosy old style. The owner was a gentleman and helped us a lot, even taking us to the train station when we left. The restaurant was of a high standard, unexpected for a small town, we had a delicious and excellent dinner. The breakfast room was typical and charming and the breakfast was delicious with German bread and cakes. I will probably return to Grossheubach in the future and stay in the same place.
