A special thank you to Basma, Elham, Eslam, and Abdelrahman , who each made our stay exceptional with their kindness and professionalism. The rooms were spotless, furnished with quality pieces, and very comfortable. One situation stood out to me in particular: I made a mistake with an extra payment without realizing it. The staff took the time to carefully explain the situation to me and, even though I hadn't expected any refund, they insisted on clarifying everything and returning the money. That honesty and dedication speaks volumes about how the hotel is managed and the kind of experience you can expect here. I highly recommend this hotel
