All guest rooms in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV. This small family-run inn was one of our favourite places to stay during our two-week trip in Scotland. The house is situated on a beautiful peninsula with a lovely view and a “getting away from it all” feel. The interior has been lovingly renovated with creative touches using natural materials — e.g., our room had a woven jute toilet-paper holder and a spalted-birch beam across the ceiling — and guests have ample common space in the well stocked breakfast room and lounge. The hands-on owners were very warm and hospitable and the breakfast was superb.

Boasting a terrace and views of mountain, The Osprey Hotel is a guest house set in a historic building in Kingussie, 1.1 km from Kingussie Golf Club. This 3-star guest house offers full-day security and a concierge service. The guest house has family rooms. I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed. Everything was spotless, the amenities were great, and the owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. There‘s also a supermarked and a really good fish&chip shop right down the road. I can’t recommend staying here enough.

This 3-star guest house offers full-day security and a housekeeping service. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Host was friendly and the location is great as there are large stores close to the guest house (Tesco etc.). The room and bathroom were both great, clean and tidy. There was also extra of everything such as toilet paper, pillows, bed sheets.

The property and furnishings were clean and very comfortable. It is well equipped and of a very high standard. Excellent.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 3.1 km from University of the Highlands and Islands, Inverness. This is very close to the centre of town. Our stay was most comfortable including a wide spread for breakfast. A specia l word for Sergio, the owner who runs the place . He is a wonderful warm person who makes you feel at home.

Very quiet and hosts were friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful view from the dining room.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. Very nice, clean and comfortable B&B in a great location. Near center city and close to a multitude of excellent shopping and dining spots. Convenient groceries nearby and plenty of nightlife options. Parking was also readily available and convenient at the house. Leah was a wonderful host and took care of our every need.

Lovely accommodation with nice furnishings and lots of nice touches like some Scottish biscuits, homemade shortbread (delicious!) and some washing powder, coffee etc. Lots of useful information on restaurants, things to do etc. Lovely.
