Room was middle size, everything was clean, lamps had usb slots, room had coffee machine and a kettle with instructions how to use. It was a great stay, every effort was taken to make the stay comfortable and pleasant, and even a doggy had some cuddles and attention :)

The hotel has a relaxing setting amid grassland, lakes and woods. one of the best places we slept during our lake district tour. Lodge are huge. 3 bedrooms, large living room, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, balcony on the lake! cannot believe that we found such a place!

With free WiFi access and free on-site parking, Burghley House is 10.6 miles away. Great value no frills excellent. Good linens and adequate breakfast included. Large room with beautiful view.

Jubilee House, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Oakham, 32 km from Belgrave Road, 32 km from University of Leicester, as well as 33 km from De Montfort University. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the homestay free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is set 32 km from Leicester Railway Station. Jubilee House was perfect for our needs, meeting up with family. There was ample accommodation for the 6 of us. We ate in and we also ate at the lovely pub 50 yards away. We needed two car parking spaces, so one of us had to park on the road, which worked out OK. The town itself is lovely, and we also went bike riding and the Aqua Park at Rutland. Highly recommended.
