The Manor Parc Hotel has a quiet location, within easy reach of the motorway and the city. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and treated me like a friend. Breakfast was great and the decor was lovely.

Very helpful & welcoming hosts Barry & Sue. Very high attention to detail provided an extremely comfortable venue: our room, the bar, the dining area. Dinky little shepherd's hut, very pleasing in its simplicity, like a real little home from home despite its small dimensions. Bed very comfortable. Stable door means you can close the bottom half and leave the top open a crack for ventilation. Stunning view from back window especially, looking over a wildflower meadow and up to the brow of the hill (or mountain) behind. Well positioned seating in front to look around and enjoy the view of apple trees heavy with ripe fruit. The welcome pack of fresh eggs, butter and bread was extremely useful and very much appreciated. The owners were charming, kind and helpful. Their home is a good distance away so there is privacy.

The property was fabulous everything you need in a small space, very comfortable, outside space was extra bonus,although I thought it would benefit from a tidying upgrade, location excellent views great, met Keith who was such a lovely guy, with a lot of local knowledge. Had plenty of wood for the fire pit, looking forward to rebooking ASAP.

If you want to get away from it all with fantastic views fresh air and peace this is the place for you, when you get to the gate its nearly a mile up a track up the mountain to the farm house and cottage, the views just driving up are lovely. At the property there is a dedicated parking space for guests. The cottage is very cosy and comfortable and warm (we visited in November) with all you need inside, when we arrived there was a loaf of bread and milk waiting for us. Carys and Kerry are such lovely people and hosts if you need anything or information they will assist, but also leave you to enjoy your stay, they will introduce you to their pygmy goats and a few other animals they are all very friendly. The cottage is well situated for travel, within a short while you are in the Brecon Beacons, or in the other direction the M4 and also the town of Bridgend for shopping only a few minuets away.
