I stayed two night with my daughter- it was only a quick visit, and the hotel was absolutely beyond my expectations; the hotel was out of their main season hence breakfast was not overloaded but they prepared anything fresh you wished for. I have stayed during 15th of March and my daughter had an accident so we had to wash her clothes but the closest laundry shop was closed due to national holidays, so we were in trouble but the cleaning was so kind she washed and dried all of my daughter's clothes to be ready for the next morning. To be honest, I have never experienced such a high level of kindness anywhere in Budapest. I am absolutely sure next time I will stay there again! Outside the hotel, just on the other side of the road there is a great playground area for kids. Airport is super close as well as a big shopping center. They were all very convenient for us considering that we stayed only for two nights. The food in the restaurant is amazing and super fresh and tender, I highly recommend!

It's wheelchair accessible in a sense that the hotel is completely step free and the bathroom has a roll in shower, however, the bathroom is really tiny. Nonetheless, staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing a bathroom stool for us.

Many thanks to her. The other employees were also friendly. The room was clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast is at a high level, the pastries are gorgeous. If I come to Budapest again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you!

We were welcomed in a very friendly manner by the reception staff. Since we arrived early in the morning, we asked for early check-in, which was made possible. The room turned out to be spacious, very clean and equipped with a small good fridge and kettle. The breakfast was super and the breakfast staff was very engaged and welcoming. We enjoyed the offered sparkling wine daily for breakfast. The staff even prepared a birthday surprise. There is a spa area, but Budapest kept us busy enough to have no time for it :-).
