AJ and his family made our stay extremely easy and comfortable. from the moment we arrived at the Haveli, he treated us like family! the hotel is in a central location, easily walkable to a bunch of Jodhpur attractions such as the old city, blue city and the step well. otherwise, it was convenient to get a tuktuk. the room we stayed in had a beautiful balcony. it has a rustic feel to it. with that said, all the amenities were very clean and comfortable. the shower had hot water, which was a big bonus. we had dinner on the rooftop one evening- food was all deliciously home-cooked, and the view of the fort was a great backdrop. if you are looking for a hassel free, clean and comfortable stay, I would definitely recommend Suraj Haveli!

We got a lovely room with small balcony. Room was very big and bathroom was huge (size of a regular room in other hotels. Owners still lives in the hotel on the first floor. Staff was very friendly there is only no real restaurant but on first floor some arrangement is made for tables for breakfast. Great staff

Raju (the cook) prepares really delicious meals. Cheese Naan was my favourite. If it gets bit cold on the rooftop, there is a nice common open area next to the kitchen to lay and chill with other travellers. I had a great time chilling with the guys working/helping in the hostel. Ha-lucky (he is running this place) is a master! He is always helpful, gentle, with his friendly smile, making you feel comfortable ... man you work a lot !!! He even picked me up (for free) from the bus stand. Thanks for everything, your hostel and your vibe made my time in Jaisalmer one of the best moments I experienced in India. Big hug and hope to see you all again.

Vivian & Aparna are the most incredible hosts, perfect balance of attentiveness and giving guest space. They made me feel so welcome, looked after, and they both have a beautiful energy I felt like family by the end :).
