A bookable shuttle service is in place and works very well, allowing us to leave and arrive from Aizu Wakamatsu station. We also reserved the outdoor bath for private use: incredible! The staff is adorable and helpful: thank you very much!

The room was comfortable and a good size, the staff were very friendly and did their best to communicate with us as best they could. Nice to have access to a private hot bath. This place is amazing, it's calm and quiet, the staff are all really nice. The dinner is amazing with so many delicious dishes. We borrow the canoe for 2 hours, enjoying the time traveling around the lake. Overall it's a great experience, the whole family are very happy with it.
