Enjoyed my stay in 2023, and delighted to come again to such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Great room, breakfast, bus pick up and drop off, Onsen, ski advice and lift passes, and general help and care.

Featuring a patio, each charming chalet with wooden furnishings is equipped with a full kitchen and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Private bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower and free toiletries are provided. Extras include a dishwasher and a washing machine. The house was exceptional. We are so glad that we chose the place to stay. It's during the snow season so there are complimentary pickup from the stay to the bus station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The house is equipped with full kitchen equipment and utensils. We cooked and enjoyed our time very much.

The top floor lounge where breakfast is served features views of the mountains and the Olympic Ski Jump structure, and comes equipped with a pool table and a large flat-screen TV (with Apple TV). There is a lounge bar and also a laundrette on site. 3 bedroom apartment was really spacious. Beds were comfy and room was clean!

Free Wi-Fi is provided in the guest rooms and lobby area. The staff is very nice and helpful. Location is good, just a few min walk to Happo bus terminal and convenience store. The Japanese style breakfast is very tasty, they also have coffee. Remember to reserve for breakfast or dinner early, otherwise you may miss it Our tatami room is big and clean. They have a small onsen, it's great to have a hot spring after trekking or ski . I really enjoy staying here.

It provides free transportation to the nearby supermarket and to/from Hakuba Station, a 10-minute drive away. Super convenient location. Great for groups or couples. Easy for both walking and driving around town.

Featuring an indoor and an open-air hot spring bath, Bergtour Marukita offers Japanese-style rooms, free wired internet and Japanese multi-course (kaiseki) dinners. It provides a free shuttle from Hakuba Station. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly on our arrival. They organised the pick-up and drop off from the Happo bus terminal even though it was only 5 min walk. The room is clean and spacious, they have a dry room in the basement. The open onsen is a great treat after a long day on ski slope. The dinner and brekky is traditional Japanese cuisine which we enjoyed so much. Must try if you like Japanese home made meal. About 10 min walk to the nearby chairlift or 3 min to the shuttle bus stop. Super convenient.
