We arrived and were lucky enough to get upgraded to a cabin lodge for part of our stay. Nao and the team were fantastic from start to finish. We were provided the most DELICIOUS 3 course breakfast every morning. Nao even lent my partner and I goggles for the snow which we forgot to hire. Nao made recommendations for the mountains/snow conditions each day and dinner recommendations. Upon check out we were dropped off to the bus station as well. We will definitely be back when we next come to Japan. Thank you Nao for an unforgettable stay!!

Featuring a patio, each charming chalet with wooden furnishings is equipped with a full kitchen and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Private bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower and free toiletries are provided. Extras include a dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything is perfect for our big group and a good place to rest after our 3 days hike in Hakuba.

The top floor lounge where breakfast is served features views of the mountains and the Olympic Ski Jump structure, and comes equipped with a pool table and a large flat-screen TV (with Apple TV). There is a lounge bar and also a laundrette on site. Location near Happo, convenient store & Echo Base camp about 200m. Room quite spacious for 4 of us. Sound proof. Friendly & kind staff. Helped us with luggage. Delicious breakfast with several choices. Fresh oranges & apples are great. Shuttles to Happo & Hakuba 47 every morning. Nice place to walk around and many cafes nearby. Heater were helpful at winter.

Free tea/coffee is poured in the morning, and a launderette is on-site. The location of hotel is awesome which is near Happo Bus Terminal, some restaurants and two ski equipment rental stores. The Hotel and room are clean and cozy. There is a comfortable onsen within hotel that you can relax after ski. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended Happo Kan!

Il Bosco offers 3-star accommodation with a hot tub. This truly is a fantastic and cozy forest cabin. The entire cabin has a two-story structure above the ground. The interior is very large and spacious, with a generously sized common area where you can find almost everything you could think of, including laundry and drying facilities which are a significant plus. The cabin's indoor space is ample and adequate. I believe even if you don't ski, you could easily spend an entire day here. All the structures inside have been carefully designed by the owners, Neomi and Koki, and are very eco-friendly. After a day of skiing or outdoor activities, you can also book a free session to enjoy the "BIG BATH," a very special private bath experience. The location is very close to the GoRyu ski resort, within walking distance. Furthermore, Neomi kindly drove us to Happo-one on the days when the shuttle service was not available, which was truly great. Moreover, there's no need to worry about transportation between the station and the accommodation, as there's a pickup and drop-off service for check-in and checkout. The custom breakfast was fantastic; we really liked it and highly recommend it. I hope to have the chance to visit this beautiful cabin again in the future.

Featuring an indoor and an open-air hot spring bath, Bergtour Marukita offers Japanese-style rooms, free wired internet and Japanese multi-course (kaiseki) dinners. It provides a free shuttle from Hakuba Station. A very wonderful stay. It felt as if we were coming to visit family. All of the staff was super helpful, super kind, and super generous. The rooms were immaculately clean, the onsen was one of the best I have ever experienced, the breakfast buffet was simple but complete and all that I partook of was tasty and well done. Location was excellent. Walking distance to everything we might need and ski shuttles were two minutes walk away. We are already planning a longer stay next winter.
