From the moment of booking until after we left Hakuba they’ve made us feel welcome at their beautiful guesthouse. Other than that the location of the guesthouse provides great access to different ski resorts in Hakuba valley. After a day of skiing there’s no better way to relax than in the warm baths waiting for you at the guesthouse. Also, do not forget to try Chikako’s hotpot: 10 out of 10! Eternal Flame features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. Free parking is available on site. The main street of Hakuba Echoland is a 6-minute walk away, and features many restaurants/bars. Hakuba Happoone Winter Resort and Hakuba 47 & Goryu Winter Sports Park can be reached within 7 minutes by free shuttle bus. Nao & Kimmi were incredible hosts! They went above and beyond. We were really taken care of.

Le Bocage – Hakuba Echoland Chalets are situated in Echoland, a popular nightlife site where more than 30 bars and restaurants can be found. The property offers free in-room WiFi and on-site parking.

Featuring a patio, each charming chalet with wooden furnishings is equipped with a full kitchen and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Private bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower and free toiletries are provided. Extras include a dishwasher and a washing machine. The house was exceptional. We are so glad that we chose the place to stay. It's during the snow season so there are complimentary pickup from the stay to the bus station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The house is equipped with full kitchen equipment and utensils. We cooked and enjoyed our time very much.

Centrally located in the Echo Land district, Hakuba Echo Hotel and Apartments offers comfortable rooms with mountain views. The top floor lounge where breakfast is served features views of the mountains and the Olympic Ski Jump structure, and comes equipped with a pool table and a large flat-screen TV (with Apple TV). There is a lounge bar and also a laundrette on site. It was in an amazing location. The staff were so helpful and friendly! The room was cosy and warm, storage for ski equipment and great breakfast included in the price. Daily shuttle runs to slopes included.

Situated in Hakuba in the Nagano region, with Happo-One Ski Resort and Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal nearby, Pension Belnina features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. Very friendly host. The shared bath was a private onsen, which was very telaxing.

Happokan is only a 3-minute drive from Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort, and brings its guests cosy Western and Japanese-style rooms, a hot spring bath and free Wi-Fi at the lobby. Free tea/coffee is poured in the morning, and a launderette is on-site. The breakfast is a little bit exotic for occidentals but is definitely a good and new experience. The view from the breakfast is incredible. I enjoy the foot massage machines in the lobby.

It provides free transportation to the nearby supermarket and to/from Hakuba Station, a 10-minute drive away. Super convenient location. Great for groups or couples. Easy for both walking and driving around town.

Featuring an indoor and an open-air hot spring bath, Bergtour Marukita offers Japanese-style rooms, free wired internet and Japanese multi-course (kaiseki) dinners. It provides a free shuttle from Hakuba Station. Our stay here was one of the highlights of the trip. First, the location’s super convenient, really close to the main bus terminal where shuttle buses go to and from different ski resorts. There are also shops and restaurant options nearby that are walking distance. Lockers/dry room for snow gear easily accessible after a full day of skiing. The onsen was a great way to relax, especially enjoyed the outdoor bath. Breakfast and dinner were soo good with lots of seasonal and local produce (we recommend trying their homemade jams and pastries☺️) Lastly, the staff were all super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to accommodate us throughout our stay and even after we left – we accidentally left behind some important items at the hotel and they were kind enough to help us locate and get it back to us. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!!
