Fantastic central location and beautiful facilities - I can now understand why this place books out so fast! Super easy to get to from the Shinkansen station, lots of shopping right outside the door but felt quiet in the hotel. Laundry facilities were also great.

Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi is an 8-minute walk from OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal) and a 10-minute walk from Namba Station. Glico Man Sign is a 4-minute walk from the property. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Very good hotel at a great location. Room sizes are also much better according to japanese standard. Very polite and helpful staff. Lots of amenities. Luggage transfer provided,plenty of massage chairs & a very good common area with complimentary drinks. Extremely close to Dotonbori and Shisaibashi. 100mtrs from Osaka Namba station. Will definitely stay again.

There was a laundry washer which it was a plus for us as we were travelling for several days before arriving there. The bathroom is excellent, very good size. The amenities included a chocolat, very nice touch!

Eslead Namba South III was perfect. Close to or within 10min walking distance to several other stations. The hotel was so clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. Highly recommend this hotel.
