The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire is available at this 3-star hotel. This was the best hotel I stayed in Sri lanka. We booked 2 rooms and found out the whole villa is ours. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanness of the rooms, size of the room amazing, location in a peaceful quiet very beautiful place, close to the river. We missed the barbecue though. But teh terrace and balcony are worth to try it.

We even got to choose our lunch. Driver was excellent - shared his knowledge and tried to show us as much as possible. We would like to come there again. Thank you so much!

Beautiful and clean rooms that are connected to the main house but without having to go into it which gives you total privacy. Great location - only a few minutes from one of the beautiful lakes and less than a 10 minute walk to the shops. Also a great location to do the yala national park tours from. The owner and his family are lovely and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We were greeted with freshly made juices and tea and coffee each morning and each afternoon when we got home from sight seeing which was perfect after walking around all day. The owner was happy to help with all our requests and communication was great. Highly recommend.

The room was well equipped and very clean. The location was good- in a quiet area, close to the beach and to the main road that leads to the city centre, also there is a place to park a vehicle. The best part was the hospitality and the kindness from the hosts. Nadin and Asha are just wonderful! They prepared delicious food for us, gave us so many useful tips about our trip and even made us a Christmas surprise!!! Just amazing!
