Everything! especially the gardens it was like a paradise, full of the most colourful flowers I have seen and birdsong, lovely clean room with outside balcony looking straight into the garden, food was lovely, nothing was too much trouble for the owner Kumar who went out and got me a bottle shower gel free of charge and took me to the Safari pick up and my next hotel free of charge, an exceptional place run by an exceptional man.

They provide bycicles for free, the Wi-Fi is excellent, and the chill-out area invites you to relax, read, meditate, or simply be. The rooms are clean and comfortable, matress is top quality and the food is nourishing and delicious, and the pool is a big bonus. If you are heading to Sauraha and want to experience something deeper than just transactions and services (not blaming anyone,it’s just not my cup of tea), look no further. This is your place. The surroundings were beautiful, garden clean and full of flowers. Quite room, where I had the best sleep after few weeks in Nepal. We also got a tour to jungle with them. Guides were very knowledgeable and caring. Explained every detail and were super patient with us. Would go back to them the next time. It really felt that they love what they do and do it from heart.

I upgraded to the double room with bathroom during my stay and I loved this room so much. Was cosy and comfortable bed, also drawers and mirror and space to practice yoga. Very homely. Staff were very nice and helpful, one day I was sick and the owner brought me medicine and checked on me in the evening which I appreciated. I booked 3 nights but stayed 2.5 weeks - and looking forward to returning. Location is also very good. Definitely recommend. Also one of the best priced stays in the area.

Pasar was an amazing host!🫶 he took really good care of us and arranged everything what we wanted to do! Really nice terrace and restaurant at the riverside where you can face crocodiles while you are having your beer. Food was one of the best we had in Nepal. Make sure you book one of the renovated rooms, the bed was really comfortable after the teahouse beds with the trekkings. Slept like a baby. Highly recommend this place
