Pie, the receptionist, was very accommodating. She assisted me in securing a lower bed due to my foot injury. Upon checkout, I realized I had left some items in the room. P went the extra mile to ensure all my belongings were returned to me, and I was able to recover everything. I highly recommend this hotel — it has a great location and offers excellent value for money.

Their hospitality is exceptional. Room is big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is superb. Hotel provides generous snacks and supper too. Very grateful to the hotel for providing free laundry especially during the hot summer. Felt relax, comfortable and just like being at home during the entire stay. Ambience Hotel Taipei is 12 minutes' drive from Taipei Songshan Airport and 40 minutes' drive from Taoyuan International Airport. Taipei 101 is a 15-minute drive away. Songjiang Nanjing Subway Station is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Great location, superfriendly personel, complimentary minibar. Even tough it is only rated 3* in my opinion it is waaay better than many 4&5* ones. I traveled with my bike and the staff was super helpful with helping me. I wish other hotels had the same level of service.

Baby friendly , good location with 24/7 mart right opposite and a night market right behind. Good service with very helpful staff . Good choices for breakfast even for vegetarians. Clean and spacious rooms with everything from washing machine to baby's sterilizer. Strongly recommended for families with kids especially!
