If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. As a bonus you'll have a chance to become friends with the most awesome and wise dog ever. :) Keti and Gio, once again thank you so much and tell Bobby that we'll be back! 💚

Wonderful place, in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from the center. The place is brand new and clean, and the staff is super kind. We noticed that some things were missing in the kitchen, and as soon as we pointed it out, they immediately provided us with what we had asked for. Overall, they were extremely kind, courteous, and friendly. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom has a shower curtain, which prevents the whole floor from getting wet. Highly recommended—the best place we stayed in Georgia.

The location overlooking the river was beautiful! Wonderful sunsets as you’re facing west, and very peaceful. The property was comfortable and felt spacious with the high ceilings and big windows. The garden is lovely. The owner was really helpful and super responsive. Would suggest double checking the correct address if using taxi services like bolt, as if you put 41 in it navigates elsewhere (weirdly seems to work best if you use 29 or Tamars classic house) Overall loved our stay here!

Breathtaking view. We felt in the middle of the wild nature of Racha. The cottages are new, clean and with everything we can wish for. We had a wonderful night. We cooked in the kitchen which was fully equipped with everything. The owner is super kind and welcoming and we felt at home 🩷

A great apartment with a beautiful private garden!! just a few minutes walk from the city center. The apartment is fully equipped, with a good air conditioning, a huge fridge with freezer, a washing machine, and a microwave. The bedroom window is facing the garden, which is a great view to wake up to! But the best part is the friendly host family and the tremendous hospitality from their side: I was offered a ride from the airport, which is about half an hour away, on my arrival I was given a bottle of wine. During my stay I was given a variety of the best pastries I have ever had, from the local Georgian cuisine of course. I had to ask for smaller portions-as it was too much for me to finish:) It was a one of a kind experience, and as a frequent traveler, I have never encountered anything remotely similar. I highly recommend it for your stay in Kutaisi.

The host was always available on WhatsApp. The house looks amazing , like on the pictures. We could really just rest, relax and enjoy the house and the view. The place is 10 minutes away from the city( Kutaisi). So we just went for dinners and groceries there. All in all we enjoyed a lot! Thank you to our host!
