Everything! We had the fortune of being the first guests at Villa Baldin and what an unforgettable experience it was. We were welcomed with a basket full of their own fresh produce, which tasted delicious. The property is immaculate and made with a lot of attention to detail and impeccable taste. We loved the outdoor shower. The kitchen is sleek and is equipped with everything you could imagine. The view over chochlakoura cove is to die for - also at night when the stars come out. Crystal clear waters that you can comfortably access through the private beach. Tommaso is a great host, super responsive and accommodating. All in all, Villa Baldin for us was like paradise, we will definitely be back!

LOCATION IS GREAT. CLOSE TO HARBOUR AND IN THE VERY FRONT OF THE MAGIC AEGEAN SEA. YOU CAN SPEND HOURS STAYING IN THE TERRACE LOOKING TO THE SEA. MY ROOM WAS URANIA AND IT WAS FANTASTIC. BED WAS VERY FIRM (WHAT I ENJOY). ROOM PLENTY OF LIGHT. ALL STAFF VERY HELPFUL (KEEP SUITCASES THE DAY OF LEAVING) AND MAKING THE THINGS EASY GOING

We have been visiting Lipsi for many years and stayed in a range of accommodation Casa Bianca is undoubtedly the nicest place we have stayed. It is a newly restored old house which has been renovated and remodelled to a high standard. The space is not that large, probably best for a sole traveller or a couple not a family, but it is set out well with a full kitchen/living area and a raised bed (the base of which incorporates a pop up TV!). There is a small balcony with views out over the port, a table, a couple of chairs and bean bags.

Set in Lipsoi, 1.3 km from Katsadia Beach, Verde offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. The property has mountain and garden views.

absutely amazing renovated house, huge garden, totally quiet and private, wonderful beds, many appliances, all new, we where the lucky first guests, all beautifully set up, very pleasant outside terrasse, beautiul hangout and place under a magic tree, flowers and figs. We loved this house. It was very tastefully decorated and well equipped and almost brand new. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The outside seating area was large with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, mountains and sea. The host, Kalliope, was always available and extremely helpful. She and her parents who live nearby went the extra mile for us. We really appreciated it. The fresh eggs from Alexandra, the host’s mother, was a lovely touch. We highly recommend Nature & Sea Lipsi for anyone wanting to visit the island. Thank you once again to Kalliope and family. We hope to return in the near future.

The beach to the front of the property is one of the best of the island and the amazing Delilah restaurant is an excellent add on. Try the aubergine hummus for a gastronomic orgasm
