Everything about the property was great! The location was superb (10 mins bike to the major beach clubs) but also hidden from the main hustle and bustle of Canggu. The rooms are perfect for a couple getaway. The private pool and terrace was a dream. Staff was excellent and took care of us the whole way through. Gym was in excellent condition. The spa was also perfect and our therapists Nopi and Nova did an amazing job. Shout out to Friska at the front desk who helped who was there, ready to take care of our needs at almost any time of the day. A truly special experience.

The property was clean and tidy, the pool was amazing and the food was great. The location was great as it wasn’t in a busy street but still close to everything we needed. The staff were some of the friendliest people I have met, going above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. They even went out of their way to source a birthday cake once they found out about one of our birthdays.

Almost cancelled the booking for this amazing property due to payment issue with their central reservations. Beautiful luxurious villas, huge space, private pool, in room spa, and etc, you ask for it and you get it. Location is near to everything and in very peaceful area. Kudos to MS. CINDY an amazing front office agent who welcome us at teratai with her radiant smile.
