It was a wonderful stay! The host, Mr. George Chettan, is an awesome and lovely person — very warm and welcoming. The highlight of this place is its proximity to Swargamedu. You can go on a short hike to Swargamedu directly from the property, which is a great experience. The stay itself was clean and well-maintained. The hosts treated us with care and made us feel at home. They were very friendly and approachable, giving tips for sightseeing & local travel. They also provided good, healthy local food at their house itself. They offered campfire facility for additional charges. The hosts stay in the same house but they gave us the space / privacy to be comfortable. Tutu, the pet dog, made it a even more memorable stay.

I planned our trip to Kerala around the availability of this property and it exceeded our expectations. The property is large, spacious and beautifully furnished. The views across the valley are stunning and the birdsong in the early morning is wonderful. The housekeeping staff are great and the chef will prepare the most delicious food. This is a very special property for those who prefer to stay a little out of town. Absolutely fantastic stay.

It’s a beautiful home located in a quiet village not far from Munnar. The house itself is beautiful and spacious, with enough privacy for every guest. But the surplus of this Homestay are the owners. Shijo and Susan were amazing hosts. They helped us with everything we needed, from Tuk Tuk tours, to hiking to arranging transportation for our next stop. We also had delicious breakfasts and dinners at the house. It’s a very friendly environment that also made us meet many interesting people from all over the world!
