Really well set out apartment with very comfortable beds. We made use of the washing line on the balcony and the heating as it was cold during our stay. About 18mins to Ortigua walking and close enough to walk to the Catacombs and Theatre (30min). The owner gave us access earlier and left a present for the kids which they appreciated. There were supplies of oil, salt etc to use and plenty of water left for our use. There’s a market on Sunday morning around the waterfront so the neighborhood becomes quite busy which adds to the entertainment. Thank you so much for our stay!

First of all I want to thank the owner Donatella who contacted me before our arrival and met personally at the apartment. The fridge was full of food for breakfast and not only the sweet Italian breakfast but cheese, eggs, ham etc. + fruits + welcome champagne ! She was available at any time with support - booking a restaurant table or a taxi on Christmas day when it turned out public transport was ''on vacation''. The location was central, easy to walk around the town and reach Ortigia on foot. It was the best place to stay during our trip to Sicily! Thank you ,Donatella and your family ! Janina, Peteris, Luka

Super modern and really well equipped. Everything was clean and nicely decorated - we totally felt at home. Next time we will definitely stay longer. We also really enjoyed the location, it was only a short walk from Ortigia and all the other nice places, but still felt really calm.

The host left lots of useful goods for the day we arrived; from pasta, to sauces, cakes and cookies. Very very useful if you need to cook something on the spot after a more or less long travel. The jacuzzi was great for those afternoons at home with the kid. We could enjoy it without the stress of having to go to the beach. Plus, there are two sun beds to relax after it. We were also able to make a BBQ, which is always a nice to have! The house has plenty of space for the kid to run around and for us to relax. All in all it was a great stay! We also liked that every window has anti mosquito net, so insects were not an issue, even though even outside we didn't encounter many of them. Finally, the hosts were super responsive and very kind. They even accommodated an early check in, and found an high chair for the kid. You can see they really care about their property and their clients. Very beautiful people.

The house was so comfortable and charming. It was well decorated and the exposed rock wall added a lot of character. The location is within walking distance to Ortigia and there is a fountain across the street, We left the gate closed and front door open so we could hear the soothing sound of the water. I wish we could have stayed longer.
