The owner is really nice and friendly. He really cares about the guests comfort. He sorted out within a few hours WiFi for me with the speed that I was able to work. It’s clean and comfortable with fresh towels. I decided to rebook a few times because had a really nice stay. The location is also good with many restaurants around and walking distance to the beach. The owner even gave me a lift to the city.

I had a wonderful stay at Kuki Villa! The room was clean, spacious, and cozy — exactly what I was hoping for. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view; waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean each morning was pure bliss. The pool faces directly out to the sea, making it a perfect spot for relaxing or reading a book with the waves in the background. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and very competent — they made everything feel effortless and truly enhanced the overall experience. The whole place has a peaceful, laid-back vibe that made it hard to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, serene setting.

Beautiful, very clean villa, comfortable beds, AC, nice pool. Helpful staff, tasty local breakfast. Very quiet neighborhood, sometimes you can hear singing from nearest Buddhist temple. We enjoyed our stay. We can recommend it for groups of friends or families.

This place is amazing. In the busiest season of the year, it finds it difficult to get chepear and comfortable accommodation. But Spring Villa has all that everyone needs to stay comfortable; a/c, nice beds, enough space, hot water, unequaled location (far from the noise of the traffic, in a beautiful neighborhood, close to Marshmallow and Kabalana surf points and 10 minutes to the center town by foot). Finally, standing out the kindness and warthness from the owners... it makes you feel at home. Cooking local dishes for breakfast, waving goodbye all the time that we leave and fulfilling the needs we had. We will miss them a lot! Please don't hesitate 🙏. You won't regret being there!
