This place is a heaven on earth! We stayed longer than planned because we felt so well here that we didn't want to leave... Without exageration, Mahesh is the best host we have ever met in our traveler life, he thinks about everything to make your stay perfect. The house is new and very comfortable, well located near all Sigiriya interest points and in a quiet area but not far from a city and local restaurants. But believe me, you won't need to go to a restaurant... We did one night and we immediately regreted it because the dishes prepared by Mahesh and his wife were way better! Also breakfasts were sooo generous that we didn't even need to have lunch after. We also shared some wonderful personal moments with all the family that we will never forget 🥰 My tips for your stay : - Ask Mahesh in advance if you need the swimming pool ready when you arrive - Have at least one diner there! You won't regret it 😉 - Ask his son Kevin to teach you how to play the local game Carrom, he is a very good player, good luck if you want to beat him! - Don't miss the local shower experience to the lake not far from the house. Mahesh can show you the spot 💪

Little oasis inmiddle of the jungle. Calm and relaxed atmosphere, extremely kind and helpful staff. Relaxing in and around the pool after a hot day of visiting Dambulla or Sigiriya felt like paradise. Our villa was in excellent condition and we all slept very well in the cosy beds. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness!

Great experience! From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a location for us with a jungle vibe. We would definitely recommend staying there. Highlight was the private diner on the lookout deck.

If we could give an 11 we would! Very clean, view is phenomenal & Lalantha & his family were fabulous hosts. So helpful, shared their hospitality and their knowledge of the area. Birdwatching with a view of Lion Rock is a wonderful experience. The food is delicious, breakfasts are generous & tasty. If you have the option of the dinner - take it! 9 curries, the best meal we had in Sri Lanka. Lalantha showed us lakes at sunset which were great for birdwatching. He also arranged our transport to Polunuwara & onwards to Kandy. He also provides tuk tuk service into town. I must also mention Lalantha’s assistance with helping me with internet & wifi for a very important meeting.

The location was perfect. The villa is In a quiet area but an easy 5 mins walk along the road to a good selection of restaurants. The villa/rooms are also spotlessly clean. Amazing hosts.

What a fantastic find. The Sigiriya Eco Tree House is a sanctuary in the jungle away from the typical tourist haunts found at famous destinations such as Sigiriya. Asitha and his wife were so welcoming and provided such a great service and experience for amazing value. The Tree House is private and secure and all the local sites and restaurants are accessible with Asitha's tuktuk if you plan ahead with him and give hunk some notice. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Sigiriya in the future.
