Everything was perfect. The warm welcome and personalized service. The amazing beach great for swimming and relaxing. It is away from the crowds and in the nature with palm trees and crystal clear water. Great breakfast and you can even take amazing private Thai boxing lessons with Wilfred the host.

Excellent service, clean place. Large rooms. Delicious and inexpensive breakfasts. I rented a motorbike and they filled me up with gas on the spot. Lovely neighbors and a dream place. It was really hard for me to leave the place that felt like family and home to me. Thank you all so much I will come back to visit again because it was a perfect place and a huge experience for me. A truly magical Stay – 11/10 We’ve never stayed anywhere like this before. Everything was perfect—from the breathtaking view to the exceptional service. Highlights: * Stunning 180° uninterrupted ocean view * Contemporary architecture and smart villa layout * Warm, attentive staff who made us feel truly pampered * Exquisite daily breakfast prepared in-villa * Spacious 3-bedroom villa with full privacy, an infinity pool, and even a private outdoor cinema We booked for our family of four and were upgraded to a 3-bedroom villa upon arrival. Perched on the outer edge of a steep hill, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The golf cart service made moving up & down the hill easy. Our villa was incredible: The top floor had a spacious living area, wooden deck, and 15-meter infinity pool—perfect for swimming or simply gazing at the ocean. Below, each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom (one with outdoor bath, one with outider bathroom —all beautifully designed for full privacy. Special thanks to Sa, Ann, Aeng & team for their outstanding service. Sa prepared fresh breakfast every morning in our villa (fruit, granola, croissants, eggs, toast, cappuccino, ...), making us feel like we had our own private butler. Ann & Aeng supported us throughout the stay via a dedicated WhatsApp chat—helping arrange lunch, massages, and transport (Grab worked well for rides and food). Downsides? Honestly, none. We made unforgettable memories here—a once-in-a-lifetime vacation. One tip: provide the pool-cleaning staff with a safe way to cross the pool—currently they walk along an unprotected edge above a 15m drop, which feels truly unsafe/uncomfortable to witness.

Stayed here a few times on trips to Samui. Ranging from the higher end places to the cheaper places and all of them were great. This place was the cheaper end, had a kitchen and lounge area, out side terrace with seating and table. Dryer rack for clothes. Air-conditioning worked well. Only a few minute walk to the beach. Would recommend a scooter to get around. Definitely recommend Aforetime properties. Owner is extremely helpful.

    Spacious and modern looking rooms; large comfy terrace in the shade of palm trees to spend the evenings; privacy from other guests; nice architecture of the villas; small private wild-like beach under coconut trees. There were kayaks to use for free, also we rented scooters right there. Kitchen amenities for cooking, even a toaster!

    The property and villas are just gorgeous, Boy was very helpful, he collected us from the airport and organised a scooter for us for our 11-night stay. The bed is very comfortable and the furnishings too. Minimalist, not too much stuff. Kitchen basic and plenty of options for local food in the town. We loved being in a rural area without the crowds. Mumma Roys became a favourite, wonderful traditional foods and friendly family.
