I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ville de mont Resort and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff at Ville de mont Resort are truly the heart of this establishment. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team that not only spoke excellent English but also exuded warmth and hospitality. The receptionists, bellboys, restaurant staff, and housekeeping team all went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. A special mention goes to Annie, whose assistance with bus ticket reservations and transportation arrangements was invaluable. Despite some minor hiccups with luggage transportation, Annie's dedication to resolving the issue late into the evening truly exemplified outstanding customer service. The efficiency of the laundry service was commendable, and I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Not a speck of dust could be found, even on the ceiling! The attention to detail in providing everything a guest might need during their stay was evident in every aspect, from amenities to itinerary arrangements, breakfast options, and even the convenient golf car transportation service within the property.

First of all the family is amazing. Happy to leave you be or spend time and talk if you want to know anything. Very new and unique place. Photos are geniune. Kept clean and treated like their own home. 3 minutes from the bus station walking. Everything in sapa is within 20minites walk and its at the quieter less touristy end of town. They also rent a bike.

Phoenix was a great host! She arranged a cab for us to be picked up from Hanoi airport & helped us book bus tiickets for Hanoi again. The property is STUNNING! The bathrooms are great and Phoenix was available for any help we needed. The stay is a 5 minute drive to town and we didn't have any trouble finding grabs at any time of day. There is 2 swings in the lower garden. Overall, loved this property 🥹 There is a working fireplace, hot water, air conditioning.

The location was wonderful. Layout was very good too. Bathroom and showers were great. The main beds were very comfortable.
