Each room is fitted with a balcony with views of the garden. Very nice and comfortable place with the most friendly people there I ever met. The rooms are literally 4 minutes from the beach away and about 10-12 from the city. You probably have one of the nicest views over the islands and the sea. Very nice and courteous people. Rooms are very clean and maintained. The landlord of the villa even picked us up from the city when we arrived and drove us back to the seaport in Sarande. Absolutely recommendable.
