Living Room: The living room is incredibly spacious and offers a variety of activities, including darts and numerous board games for kids. 2 living rooms. Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and utensils for cooking. 2 big refrigerators. Lot of storage spaces. BBQ Area: The BBQ area is well-managed, featuring 2 BBQ grills and related utensils for cooking. There are umbrellas and spacious benches for sitting outside in the BBQ place. Outdoor Space: A small kids' play equipment is provided in a vast outdoor, well-maintained grass garden. Host Interaction: The owners were generous in explaining each room and how to use them. Very friendly couples. Parking: Easy parking was dedicated for us. We had 5 big cars. Cleanliness: Absolute perfection! Communication with the Host: Perfect! The location is beautiful, slightly up on a hill with impressive views of the surrounding mountains. Once you enter the chalet you feel like in your private retreat with a great indoor pool (paradise for our kids!), well-equipped/comfortable/clean apartments and plenty of common spaces where you can enjoy peaceful time together in this alpine scenery. The host was very friendly and easy to work with - welcoming us with a few little gifts for our stay. Das Kitz Jochberg is overall the perfect place to spend a few days with friends and/or family. Plenty of space to have privacy but also to spend time together - right next to plenty of outdoor activities (skiing, hiking, swimming, biking etc) and many great restaurants. Every morning, we could admire a picturesque landscape that took our breath away—a real treat for nature and mountain lovers! The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making us feel truly well-cared for. This location is perfect for both active vacations, with numerous hiking trails and ski slopes nearby, and for relaxing moments with a book on the balcony. The hotel fully met our expectations, and even exceeded them. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the magic of the Austrian Alps in comfortable surroundings!

The private pool, private sauna, and beautiful garden were a real luxury for us. The house itself is a traditional chalet with great attention to detail and charming appeal. The kitchen is a real highlight, and the countless opportunities to retreat and enjoy yourself are priceless. The personal check-in with Romana was incredibly nice and friendly.
