Exceptional accommodation, so beautifully decorated to a high standard. Fabulous village so central. So many extras left to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. So enjoyed the cosy fire.

A wood burner created a cozy and memorable atmosphere - we used it nearly every night! Also chocolates and wine left by Jeremy and Lynda which was so thoughtful. Bed was very comfortable and water pressure in the shower amazing. There is also a sauna, small gym and library for guests to use. You have everything you need to cook if you wanted to and also dishwasher and washing machine. Jeremy and Lynda were brilliant hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The area is stunning!! We loved every minute there and we will definitely be back.

We were given a lovely welcome by Linda and her family, they really encourage you to see the working farm. Our little boy loved seeing the cows being milked and petting the calves. And the chickens walking around! The play area and pond were lovely additions meaning there's plenty to do on site. The room was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable. We'll definitely be back again. We stayed at the haven. We will definitely be trying the breakfast next time and maybe a different cottage as we stayed in the apartment with a little one so all in one room, so will try having him in his own room so we can have an evening. The pics on booking.com don't do it justice, the kitchen was fantastic. Really spacious with so many appliances even a bread maker.
