On arrival, we received a friendly welcome from Caron and were shown into the Little Barn. What's the saying? Good things come in little packages...well, it's certainly true in this case. The interior of the little barn is perfectly proportioned and has everything you need for a cosy, comfortable stay, and it was spotlessly clean. My partner and I booked this for a relaxing weekend away from the stresses of everyday life, and it certainly didn't disappoint. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Located in Framlingham in the Suffolk region, Cottage in Framlingham features a patio. Set 17 km from Saint Botolph's Burgh, the property provides a garden. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Framlingham Castle is less than 1 km away. This lovely cottage was far better than I expected!! In spite of being small, it has been freshly renovated with such excellent use of space, my family of 4 adults were very comfortable. The half bath downstairs was tiny but perfect for a second toilet. Efficient stocked kitchen was a pleasure as well as the lovely little back patio. Lots of whimsical decorations, children would love this cottage. Everything was clean and lacked nothing. Framlingham is a charming village. I highly recommend this lovely cottage. You will not be disappointed with this stay.

Great location, close to two large towns, perfect for business trip or a holiday away. Staff is excellent, facilities are perfect.

The delightful inn has comfortable motel-style rooms with free Wi-Fi and Freeview TV. Rooms are in a separate annexe in the inn’s grounds. Everything went well - I was greeted warmly and I was shown to my accommodation which was nice and cosy with many modern appliances. I was served at the bar by a chap called Peter who was very helpful with the choices of drinks. Later that evening I was joined by my Sister and Brother in law. I slept well and its the first hotel in a number of stays this year where I had biscuits with the Tea! Breakfast was again really good value and very nice, the waitress was very attentive and I cannot fault any part of my stay.

The recently renovated holiday home has 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and oven, and 2 living rooms with a flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. My parents visited us from Ireland and we all absolutely loved this accommodation! It was beautiful, spotless, comfortable and close to the town centre. If we visit again we will re-book!!

Stunning little cottage, beautiful decor, delightful gardens front & back, exceptionally comfortable bed, everything you need for a great stay. Lovely area for walks, pubs, visiting Aldeburgh, Woodbridge, etc... There is some occasional traffic noise on the country road where property is but very, very quiet from 10 pm ish so a great nights sleep & able to have windows open. Paul, our great host, provided all relevant information & provided lovely touches, such as fresh flowers, goodies & drinks if required. Thank you Paul. We hope to return when we next visit family.
