The host is really kind and care a lot of your confort, and he is flexible. The garden has many equipments (barbecue, pool, sunbed). The room have all that you need (air conditioning, fridge, coffee machine..). The location is perfect (calm, beach and restaurant very close (Cantina is so good!). Don’t hesitate to book a room!

L’établissement Alavastros Villa Maisonettes se situe à Vasilikos (Îles ioniennes), à 1,3 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Plage de Porto Kaminia. Everything was great. The Garden is amazing, so beautiful. The owners very nice, they helped us make a barbecue and offered sweets and homemade pie. The house has everything you could need. We also cooked there. There is also air conditioning in both bedrooms. The bed was so comfortable and nice pillows as well. Cleaning was done everyday and towels and bedding changes every two days.

Situé à seulement 100 mètres de la célèbre plage de Gerakas, le Porto Gerakas Villas est un établissement de construction traditionnelle proposant des hébergements indépendants avec balcon au milieu... Petit havre de paix dans un coin préservé de l’île. Au cœur d’un superbe jardin, le lieu est calme et proche de la plage. L’appartement est confortable et super bien équipé pour cuisiner et il y a plusieurs espaces extérieurs pour se détendre. Un grand merci a l’équipe chaleureuse et serviable qui gère ce lieu, nous nous y sommes senti très bien!

L'Athenea Villas, Private Pools & Gardens est un complexe hôtelier de style ionien traditionnel installé à seulement 500 mètres de la plage. The villas are located in the calmer part of the Island, making them the perfect place to unwind. The view is absolutely stunning, but what truly makes the stay unforgettable are Athina and Alex. They are without a doubt the best hosts one could ever have.

Installé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Saint-Nicolas et entouré de pins et d’oliviers, l’Alegria Villas Complex propose des maisons indépendantes surplombant la mer Ionienne. Our fabulous villa with private pool was a highlight and an oasis for our stay in Zakynthos. The colourful quirky decor was wonderful. Very comfortable beds. The set up works like this: Ground floor - a queen bedroom and a bathroom next to it - not en suite. Living/ dining/kitchen area and out to the pool and terrace. Downstairs, a huge living area and bedroom with a spa bath. Kitchenette, bathroom and a washing machine - no access to outdoor - BUT there is a door that leads out so possibly I just hadn't figured it out. This area is so big its like a separate apartment. Upstairs - a big attic style room with two twin beds pushed together to make a king bed - but you do see the division between the two - they are clearly two separate beds - not a problem for us. Note there is no bathroom upstairs, you use the bathroom on the ground floor, so essentially you are sharing the bathroom with the bedroom on the ground floor if that makes sense. Lia, the host, was incredibly helpful with restaurant and local advice which we really appreciated. Hope you find my review helpful.

L'Exensian Villas & Suites se situe à seulement 150 mètres de la plage de Marathi. Il possède des villas construites en amphithéâtre disposant d'une piscine privée avec jets hydromassants. We stayed for 10 nights and the villa was perfect! The views from the pool, the bedrooms and the balconies were amazing and although they were other villas around we were not overlooked at all due to clever positioning of the trees. The accommodation was great, spacious and true to the pictures ( but when you get there the view takes your breath away!). The villas were 20 minutes away from Zakynthos town so very easy to go there for the night out. What really made our holiday was the personal touch from Spyros and Xenofon who really went out of their way to make great restaurant recommendations and book us tables when needed, sorted out our car hire and boat trips and were there to help answer any questions that we had. Haven't had that level of attention in any other villa and for sure made our family trip extra special. I would thoroughly recommend these callas as a fantastic place to have a great time in Zakynthos.
