Facilities - it’s a beautifully stylish little cottage on the edge of the lake. The sheep graze nearby and the birds are sitting on their nests. The apartment is extremely well furnished and has everything you need. Was a wonderful 3 nights there

Svartaborg is set in Húsavík and has a private pool and pool views. With river views, this accommodation features a patio. The villa also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Absolut stunning house with great interior and a private hot tub for each. Excellent setting and positioning on the northern part. Everythint is 30-45 min away. Highly recommended.

Accommodation 5/9 on an 11 day trip around Iceland. We had upgraded our booking for this area, and had had lovely comms with the owner before leaving the UK, but were blown away by how good this place is when we walked in. One of our top three stays in Iceland. A lovely peaceful location, modern and very well equipped, as well as being very well priced; I'd pay more to stay here again. P.S. If you don't have any stale bread, you'll just have to buy an old loaf for the horses before your arrival.

Ytri Vík features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Hauganes, 29 km from Hof - Cultural Center and Conference Hall. Built in 1929, the property includes sauna and hot tub. The holiday home has family rooms. Excellent location. 10/10 Lovely home with a warm tub that’s geothermally heated Kitchen is well equipped. Only drawback is no dishwasher. Nearest grocery stores are in Akureyri which is 15min or so away.

Set within 43 km of Hof - Cultural Center and Conference Hall in Dalvík, Dalvík Vegamót Cottages offers accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Guests can use the sauna and the hot tub, or enjoy mountain views. The old farmhouse was quaint and delightful! I enjoyed the hot tub and a nice sauna as well. The farmhouse is quite well equipped with Bluetooth audio a full kitchen, kettle and coffee maker. My stay was very comfortable. I would book again 100%! I must also share that the communication from the owner Barnji was fantastic. He is an engaging fellow and I regret that I didn’t have more time to chat before my scheduled whale watch on departure day.
