The terraced house is based on 3 floors, similar to a cave home. It is immaculate, beautifully designed and so comfortable - we were suprised by the standard and would give it 11 stars if possible! The self-check in process was smooth and though we didn't meet the owner, I think she's very nice and made sure everything was ok. Kitchen well-equipped, slept like a log. It's really boutique hotel level. The breakfast is a little snack selection of items that you can help yourself to. Milk, packet croissant, conserves, coffee and tea. PERFECT!!!!!! :-) The best stay we had on this trip.

The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Beautiful and cozy little spot; I loved the creative use of the renovated space; loved our stay there. Everything was super clean; beds were comfortable, my traveling companion said the shower was great. You walk into the main bedroom, which has a sweet little table and chairs, and there is a small kitchen, full bath, and a second bedroom (be sure to duck your head!) with its own half bath, off that main room. I slept in the second bedroom, and as I said, I loved it. Gianmarco couldn’t have been kinder. Great location too.

Loved our stay in the beautiful tulli house. The farm surroundings and countryside were very beautiful. The host family were wonderful and breakfast was more than expected. One of the best places of our stay on this trip to Italy. Too bad we only had time to stay one night.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 40 km from Lecce Train Station. very cozy and beautiful apartment, the space is very well organized and had everything we needed and more, i think is one of the best equipped apartments we stayed in. the location is very good, the street is quiet and we slept well, there is a shop right across the street, and the city center, train station and bus station are all very close. the communication with the host was perfect. ❤️
