We loved that it was a little out of the main township and in a rural environment. Although it is on the main road which is super quiet at night it is cleverly landscaped to minimise car noise and enhance privacy. It was a great place to have as a base to explore the district.

Reda was very responsive and though we didn't get to meet her, she was very kind in every interaction. Home was very comfy, loved that there was laundry facilities with powder provided. Enjoyed the magazines and new zealand books as well as the selection of dvds. Great place to unwind after being on the road for days. Location is very close to many natural wonders of the west coast, only 15 minutes from Punakaiki and half an hour from Greymouth. Can only hope to be able to stay here again when on that side of the world again!
