There’s a small deck and a hot tub we unfortunately didn’t have time to try. We forgot to bring scrabble which we play daily and it was there along with all board games. Coffee bar stocked( except for milk) It was a blessed treat to stay there while we were in town for a friend’s mom’s funeral.

The Avery condo was absolutely PERFECT! It was comfy, had all the amenities (and more) that we needed, and it was decorated so beautifully! My daughter and I felt right at home from the minute we walked in. The rooms were awesome (my 11-year old loved the bunk bed room) and the beds themselves were so comfortable. It was so nice to have 2 bathrooms upstairs, as well as a half bath downstairs. We had an issue with the heat the first morning we were there, and Gerard had his HVAC guy there within 30 minutes, and the issue was resolved immediately. The location was perfect for Mystic! We walked into town from the house to get breakfast one day and walked over the bridge for shopping and lunch the next day. Any time we stay in Mystic, we will be sure to book this home again! There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. This was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed! The home was amazing and everything in it was well thought out. The location cannot be beat!! We spent every day in Mystic and the casino which were both a very short drive. Scott was quick to respond to any question. Again, I can’t express how comfortable and clean this home was. I highly recommend!!
