All tourists heading to Santa Maria, because of that nice beach, I found Espargos more real as I wanted to know about Cape Verde, not about resorts.

Internet connection worked perfectly throughout the apartment.. close to airport.. 10-15 min walk to centre.. host was lovely, made me feel welcomed. Offered to keep my baggage at the apartment after check out and dropped me off to the airport. Very much appreciated.. Would definately recommend :)

Isabelle is an extraordinary host. She made my stay at Espargos, and helped me a lot in many ways: she called a tour guide and found me a place for the next day, she allowed me to stay one more night when my ferry was delayed without enough time for looking for another place, she gave me directions and even showed me the way to the bank and telecom shop,... What else? She prepared a delicious breakfast and we had nice chats in the mornings. The place is clean, room comfortable and spacious, and the house is just 15 minutes walking to city center, 2 minutes walking to a nice mexican restaurant that you must try! I highly recommend Isabelle's place. Thanks for your hospitality!
