The breakfast is served at a cosy coffee shop next to the reception - it is not a buffet but it is really nice and filling. The whole building smells wonderfully and there is daily cleaning service. My biggest rate and thanks would go to the stuff ♥ they are so friendly and always willing to offer tips, ideas and any kind of assistance. Each room at this guest house is air conditioned and comes with a flat-screen TV. You will find a kettle in the room. Every room is fitted with a private bathroom equipped with a shower. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. The room was spacious even though it wasn’t huge. There was lots of light and a good desk/table with a comfy chair to sit in while I was in Zoom meetings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting me with s smile and good suggestions of where to eat. I had a balcony, with stools and a table, as well as a clothes rack. It was located 5 mins’ walk to the Old Town, and far enough away that out was quiet at night. I loved it!

Located just opposite from the main coast of Kos Town, Orpheus Studios offers self-catering accommodation with free WiFi access and a balcony. Port of Kos is 800 metres away, while a variety of restaurants and bars can be found within a short walk. Exceptionally clean, well-maintained, modern furbishing, very comfy beds, wonderful hosts, very helpful with local information on what to visit, where to go eat or swim, etc. Free parking all around. Everything was perfect. We will be back :-)

The host and the personnel are very helpful and friendly. Amazing beach near by. Great food at the restaurant and not expensive.
